Make your Outdoors Shine

A unique landscape lighting package not only enhances the warmth and beauty of your property but they can also potentially increase its value. Extend your outdoor recreation time and feel comfort knowing that your space is adequately lit. Don’t just light your home, make it shine.

The beauty of outdoor lighting is it serves both form and function, but one always thinks of function first. The function we need is illumination along walking paths. Making a safe and comfortable walkway is a top priority.

While lighting serves lots of function, it’s also beautiful. The path lights cast a gentle glow on the ground and the uplighting points upwards into the trees. The trees have a soft glow that shows off the texture and adds height as the light catches on the underside of the soffit.

When aiming ground lights straight up into foliage, be sure to also bathe the trunk in light. If you don't, the uplit crown will look like a hovering UFO.

Planting Beds

Place fixtures no closer than 20 feet apart. You want pools of light to guide your eye from one plant to the next, not continuous illumination.

Home Facade

Fit bullet lights with bulbs that have 12-degree beam spreads, and aim them at the corners of your house or architectural details; softer wash lights can fill in the space between them.

Focal Points

Highlight an element that deserves attention—such as a fountain, a tree swing, or an arbor—by aiming two or more lights at it. The crossing beams reduce the harsh shadows that form when only one shines on an object.

There are so many beautiful ways to show off your landscape and your home with lighting - Enjoy your Outdoor Glow!
